Well what can I say, except that on Saturday we ate here for the first time we had to book in advance as over the past few years it was always fully booked. We had 3 courses and each one was as good as each other. The fillet steak cut like butter and melted in your mouth. The price was also very good. Hazel was a fantastic host and Gordon a fantastic chef. We will definitely book again when we are next in Torquay. And we would highly recommend that you book at least 3 weeks in advance as the restaurant only opens on Friday and Saturdayy.

Amazing baked pizzas and vegan options. Big selection of alcohol and soft drinks. Two floors and one of the biggest beer gardens in the bay. Great live music often played.

This place was recommended by the manager of the hotel we were staying at. Took us a while to find it. Took the scenic route according to my Google maps. Got there eventually. Guy behind the bar was friendly and had a sense of humour. Always a good start in my book. Ordered drinks. Food cane quickly and hot. They had music on that night we visited. I enjoyed it but don't think it was hubby's cup of tea but u ought can't have everything. Lol.

Staff were really lovely and service was really fast. But most importantly, the food was stunning! Really fresh unusual delicious flavours, the best curry I've eaten this year! Would highly recommend

I've eaten many a curry all over the UK but this is pretty much my favourite place. Very polite service and delicious food. A gem on the English Riviera.

We have eaten a takeaway of chicken tikka madras,lamb madras,mushroom fried rice and saag bahjee. Absolutely excellent, we ordered extra hot though, as previous wasn't very hot, it was tasty, hot and full of spicy flavours. Chicken was succulent. Sauce was full and rich.The saag was beautiful,full of flavour. Very very tasty Indian takeaway. The best in Paignton and we have tried quite a few of them.

Fantastic vegan options - set menus are excellent value with appetisers, starters, mains and desserts. Plus vegan alcohol and non alcoholic options. Welcoming atmosphere and regular events, deals, specials, and monthly giveaways. Our favourite place to visit!

I have been a customer here for about 14 years. The food has always been excellent. The staff always very friendly and welcoming. If other people have not had a similar experience I am sorry to hear. We have regularly ordered food and had it delivered to us. Quick easy order and delivery and hot from a thermal container. The manager / proprietor is passionate about his food and attends many seminars and meetings around the country relating to the Indian restaurants and foods. Pull up a chair and just enjoy.

Lovely place, staff are friendly and very efficient, we came when England were playing in the world cup and it was busyish. Wide range of choice on the menu. Starters were great and so we're the mains,could not fault anything, decent sized portions,especially the starters,no room for dessert though. Very very happy customers, would definitely recommend but would advise to book a table as it does get very busy. Great location too 😀

Great Restaurant! I have eaten here on three occasions and all have been very enjoyable with lovely food, and a bustling and lively atmosphere. Staff are attentive and friendly, very good service. Thoroughly recommend this place.

I love this place! I order from here at least once a week. They aren really good at accommodating my vegan Italian food needs. Pizza is amazing with their vegan cheese, I love the garlic bread and the bruschetta. The spaghetti that I tried lately is also very good! Thank you Avanti! Xx

A good Prezzo, food wasn't cold or over cooked. Staff polite and attentive. Nice restaurant and setting. We had a lovely meal with no complaints. Very pleased. Would happily recommend. Can't fault anything really.

Great place, lovely "secret garden" out side seating area but feels like a VIP area. Staff are friendly and party goers/regulars are more than happy to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Decor is funky and quirky, huge range of drinks and cocktails just fantastic bar!

Brilliant selection of cocktails. Staff are very friendly and always look after you well. Really nice chilled out vibe in there. Only complaint is the licence is my till 2am. If they had a 4am licence at the weekends I would much rather stay here that go to Park Lane. It is night and day, wonderful place. If you haven't been here before give it a go as you be impressed.

Quiet lunchtime meal that has to be paid for on ordering

We are regulars to this restaurant but over the last year we have seen a big change in the standard of service (poor). The only thing that keeps us coming back is the food which is yummy. Other dislike is the amount of foreign students that treat this restaurant like a some kindergarten. Please look at limiting the amount of students or the times in which they can attend your restaurant.

Food was fantastic and the service was great too. We dined table service but the buffet looked really great from what we saw, will definitely be going back there again. 5 stars

It's a pizza express, they are fairly generic to be fair. Good service and food is good (assuming you like what you'd expect from pizza express). Watch as your pizza is made if you wish from the open kitchen or relax in a booth.

It's a pizza express. It's ok. Not great but not bad. The 241 vouchers make it very affordable.

Visto Lounge is a great place to eat and drink. The food is good quality at an amazing price. Staff are lovely and go out of there way to help you. Service was quick and had a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Food and coffee is always good not excellent but very good, especially breakfasts. You don't have to use their set menu, they're very flexible. They love having dogs and I was amazed how staff made an effort to make sure my dog was comfortable. She got lots of cuddles and water. Though I live here, I love going to Visto because its right on the sea front. Costa is next door, Visto is much better.
