Groupon Air Conditioning Re-Charge. Had to book a couple of weeks in advance. Branch extra busy due to staff shortages & uptake of vouchers, but despite heat and obvious pressure the guys were all professional, effecient and friendly. First Class Service. Highly recommend.

I mean the price was good and they worked quick, but I didn't like the upsell on your MOT check and all that nonsense.

Put van in for mot at 09.30 mot at 15.30 incase there was a cancellation and there was van failed and was able to be rectified that day we'll pleased thanks

I bought my tyres on line via the Kwik Fit website with a fixed appointment for the fitting. Everything worked well. I was expected, they had the tyres and they were fitted in about.45 minutes. Friendly and professional staff.

Needed a squeaky wheel looked at. Went to ATS and was told they were too busy. Came to AMS who immediately took it out for a road test. Problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly with excellent customer service from all the staff.

The Company is with new owners and the dispute I had with the old one has now been swiftly resolved. I ordered a Carbon Dioxide Alarm from SD Fire Alarms on line. in January 2017. When it arrived, it was clearly old stock. My complaint was not answered. HOWEVER as soon as the company's r new owners took it over, I received a phone call offering to replace the old alarm immedietely. A new alarm arrived promptly, which is of a higher spec than the one ordered. This is great customer service from the new team.

For such a small store, there's a really good range of products and services. The staff are very helpful and knowledge. Whether it's to change a bulb or recommending a product, these guys have never let me down. Highly recommend this place. Just note that this isn't the place to go to for an MOT or a tyre service. That's the Halfords Auto place that you'll find on the other side of town.

A great spot to pick up a few things for the push bike , but I'm slightly concerned about the expertise of the mechanics, due to an experience I have had.

Ford Vospers are and have been brilliant. Our problems are Actually with our Brand New Ford Galaxy Titanium X itself. One of the Drive Rams had to be Replaced, due Taillift NOT Opening as it should. Now Resolved. The Other is the OUT of DATE SatNav, (by 2 Years), which we're Unable to Update ourselves. This needs to be done by Ford, who KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND CANNOT as they DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE RELEVANT INFORMATION. e.g. An A Road that has been OPEN and IN USE FOR 2 YEARS IS NOT RECOGNISED, IT'S NONE EXISTENT !!!😤😠😬

We have recently moved to the area and never in a million years did we think we would find a dealership as good as the one we had been dealing with for the last 20 years. Olivia was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt as if we were treated on a personal level, not just a business one. Dave was also very helpful and the whole transaction was seamless. Coffee / Tea and biscuits were on hand too which was an added bonus. When we come to change the car again we will definitely be returning. We can't praise the team highly enough. Olivia and Dave certainly went the extra mile and we can't thank them enough.

Couldn't be more helpful. The two members of staff that we met here were both helpful and polite. The cars are clean, new and obviously well looked after. We drove down a bit later than the office closing time and they waited for us as we needed to top up the fuel tank and then the paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We took some cards to place on our reception counter as we were so impressed.

I had an emergency piano move to do and was let down by Anyvan. I was tipped to these guys by a well-known national hire company, whose website was also a let down - they let me reserve a Luton van that did not actually exist. So, having tried the big companies with the glitzy websites and no substance, I was delighted to find this local company which actually delivers the promised product. The rate was very reasonable and they threw in a wheeled trolley and ropes, which were an absolute godsend. Nice people, good van, good rate, top service.

Excellent, friendly service by two very kind and understanding people. The van was like new inside and out and did the job perfectly. Riviera Rentals is very highly recommend for service and price and when needed will be calling on their services again!

Excellent choice of packages very excellent programmes and various price options. We use them every time we are in Torquay which is often. Not aware of one in Plymouth yet if anyone knows of one.

I have been getting my car valeted there for a couple of years now and they have always done a great job. I love the cafe experience as well as I can have breakfast or lunch whilst I wait or I can leave the car and go of to dunelm and come back later for it. My son plays football so the car is always ground with mud and when it comes back to me it is always very clean and smell g fresh and like brand new. Once I even had an accident with spilt paint and they managed to get it all out of the car and you wouldn't even know it had happened. I enjoy the experience of this car wash better than any of the others around the bay. Well done guys and girls keep at the hard work. X

I only just bought a ZX7R from this company using their free delivery service as I'm over four hours away. I didn't view it before and Paul was completely honest with his description and photographs of the bike through ebay. I felt it was a stress free and completely non pressured sale obviously passionate about the company and bikes not just trying to just sell a bike. After describing the bike and services there was no hard sale, i think he would have been quite happy for me to put the phone down and call back after a think. There was a check of bike done immediately where they replaced the old battery for no cost and included a checklist of their checks with the sale. The delivery service was also spot on with the 7 day delivery it was on the seventh day to suit my schedule and the transport provided is clearly marked and adequate for the job. I'd happily buy another from them unseen if they have the right bike in the future.

So just had a new chain fitted to my GSXR1000 K3, when I went to pay it was only £13.50 inc VAT for the labour! Absolute Bargain! Friendly knowledgeable staff, would 100% recommend!!
